titled bound.
Claude liked: Gowns that would emphasise her shape, swirling hairstyles to make someone swoon.
What she loved: To crawl out of her costumes upon returning home, putting on a pair of trousers, a loose shirt, freeing herself like men did at all times.
Did she expect friendly company, she would even consider donning a vest, before she lit a cigarette.
Oh, there was power sewn into trousers, there was liberty and equality inside that fabric - and there was womanhood to be found, too. All of which she claimed unapologetically, puffing out smoke into the night air.
Elegant whirls. A signature.
